Gigantism

In theory, would it be possible for an individual to suffer from both Gigantism and Dwarfism?

A person could be born with the genetic disorder "Achondroplasia," resulting in their dwarfism. Later in that persons life, a somatotrophic pituitary adenoma could form in their brain, resulting in "Acromegaly," or pituitary gigantism. I imagined what this person would look like and to be honest, it doesnt look pretty. With both disorders, they wouldn't live very long. Have there been any cases of this on record? Of a person suffering from both dwarfism and gigantism?
